Mindfulness Response to Stress Group – Session 1
October 9 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
This is a group session for people experiencing stress and anxiety. The group, facilitated by our social worker, will explore various mindfulness topics, engage in exercises and participate in guided meditations.
This session is 6 weeks long, and runs weekly from 6pm – 7:30 pm. It is offered Wednesday evenings starting October 9. Patients must sign up before the first session. There are 6 sessions in total.
